Tor Relay Information
Traffic traversing Tor Relay infrastructure is transmitted automatically according to the technical design and operation of the Tor network.
The operator does not initiate, control, inspect, modify, monitor or endorse communications transmitted by third parties through the network.
As a result, relay operators generally do not possess information regarding the origin, destination or content of traffic passing through relay infrastructure.
Tor Relay operation is lawful in the Netherlands and many other jurisdictions. The relay functions as a privacy-enhancing network service and does not provide control over user activities or transmitted content.

Review Process
Abuse reports are reviewed on a best-effort basis.
Where technically feasible and legally appropriate, reasonable action may be taken in response to verified concerns.
Reports should include sufficient information to allow assessment of the issue, including timestamps, relevant IP addresses and supporting evidence where available.
Law Enforcement Requests
Requests from competent authorities should be submitted through appropriate legal channels and include sufficient identifying information regarding the matter under investigation.
